解决DEP引起的编译问题
     摘要: 在Vista.x64和Win7.x64用VS2008+SP1编译C++程序的时候遇到如下的错误信息：

Project : error PRJ0002 : Error result -1073740771 returned from 'c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\bin\cl.exe'.
