程序员如何防止脑疲劳：下午补充一些干果

     摘要: 一个医生朋友针对我下午犯困的状况，提出了一些防止脑疲劳的建议。主要是调节酸碱平衡，当用脑过度或体力透支时，体液呈酸性；长期酸性血液会使大脑神经功能退化。因此要多吃碱性食物，如海带、绿叶蔬菜、柑橘水果、豆类、茶叶，少吃酸性食物，如肉类、糖类。
