Roman&quot;;Times New Roman&quot;">原理很简单，利用分子运动，尽管水不能溶解硅胶或硅脂，但水分子比硅胶或硅脂分子小得多，会跑到硅胶或硅脂分子缝隙里，久而久之，干燥的硅胶或硅脂由于浸水会变软胀大，起皮甚至脱落。不用等到脱落的那一天，泡软了用个薄铁片从散热片缝隙插进去接触到</span>CPU<span style="font-family:SimSun;Times New Roman&quot;;Times New Roman&quot;">金属壳表面，然后用力一推</span>CPU<span style="font-family:SimSun;Times New Roman&quot;;Times New Roman&quot;">就能掉下来了，注意不要太心急，如果段时间内达不到火候就多泡几天，最后肯定能分离。</span></p>  <p><br /> style="font-family:SimSun;Times New Roman&quot;;Times New Roman&quot;">无法分离时，不要相信太多人建议的加热或冷冻，一般硅脂的工作温度是</span>-50~200<span style="font-family:SimSun;Times New Roman&quot;;Times New Roman&quot;">度，在</span>CPU<span style="font-family:SimSun;Times New Roman&quot;;Times New Roman&quot;">损坏之前(硅电路耐热温度最大150度)，加热不会好使，至于冷冻，放冰箱里肯定不行，因为冰箱最冷也就</span>-18<span style="font-family: SimSun;">度，除非你用液氮之类温度很低的介质来冷却，一般人哪里去弄这样的冷却介质？</span> 网上有人说拿热风枪吹的，其实在CPU损坏之前是解决不了问题的，因为硅电路的最大耐热温度大约150度，而硅脂和硅胶一般250度以下稳定，不会变软也不会熔化，也不会变脆，所以还是无济于事。<br /></p><div></div><p>&nbsp;</p>  <p>3) <span Roman&quot;;Times New Roman&quot;">，因此这条路是不通的，建议不要去花心思浪费时间和钱财了</span>&#8230;</p><p><br /></p><p>如果你遇到类似的烦恼，但用Intel系列的CPU(无针脚，只有触点的那种)，可以用一字形螺丝刀之类的东西撬，或用薄薄的刀片切割。<br /></p><p><br
