If there is anyone out there who still doubts that America is a place where all things are possible, who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time, who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer.

如果还有人对美国是否凡事都有可能存疑，还有人怀疑美国奠基者的梦想在我们所处的时代是否依然鲜活，还有人质疑我们的民主制度的力量，那么今晚，这些问题都有了答案。

It's the answer told by lines that stretched around schools and churches in numbers this nation has never seen, by people who waited three hours and four hours, many for the first time in their lives, because they believed that this time must be different, that their voices could be that difference.

It's been a long time coming, but tonight, because of what we did on this date in this election at this defining moment change has come to America.

A little bit earlier this evening, I received an extraordinarily gracious call from Sen. McCain.Sen. McCain fought long and hard in this campaign. We are better off for the service rendered by this brave and selfless leader.I congratulate him; I congratulate Gov. Palin for all that they've achieved. And I look forward to working with them to renew this nation's promise in the months ahead.

I am grateful to them.

I was never the likeliest candidate for this office. We didn't start with much money or many endorsements. Our campaign was not hatched in the halls of Washington. It began in the backyards of Des Moines and the living rooms of Concord and the front porches of Charleston.

For even as we celebrate tonight, we know the challenges that tomorrow will bring are the greatest of our lifetime -- two wars, a planet in peril, the worst financial crisis in a century.Even as we stand here tonight, we know there are brave Americans waking up in the deserts of Iraq and the mountains of Afghanistan to risk their lives for us.There are mothers and fathers who will lie awake after the children fall asleep and wonder how they'll make the mortgage or pay their doctors' bills or save enough for their child's college education.There's new energy to harness, new jobs to be created, new schools to build, and threats to meet, alliances to repair.

There will be setbacks and false starts. There are many who won't agree with every decision or policy I make as president. And, above all, I will ask you to join in the work of remaking this nation, the only way it's been done in America for 221 years -- block by block, brick by brick, calloused hand by calloused hand.

Let's resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettiness and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long.

Let's remember that it was a man from this state who first carried the banner of the Republican Party to the White House, a party founded on the values of self-reliance and individual liberty and national unity.Those are values that we all share. And while the Democratic Party has won a great victory tonight, we do so with a measure of humility and determination to heal the divides that have held back our progress.As Lincoln said to a nation far more divided than ours, we are not enemies but friends. Though passion may have strained, it must not break our bonds of affection.And to those Americans whose support I have yet to earn, I may not have won your vote tonight, but I hear your voices. I need your help. And I will be your president, too.

And to all those watching tonight from beyond our shores, from parliaments and palaces, to those who are huddled around radios in the forgotten corners of the world, our stories are singular, but our destiny is shared, and a new dawn of American leadership is at hand.To those -- to those who would tear the world down: We will defeat you. To those who seek peace and security: We support you. And to all those who have wondered if America's beacon still burns as bright: Tonight we proved once more that the true strength of our nation comes not from the might of our arms or the scale of our wealth, but from the enduring power of our ideals: democracy, liberty, opportunity and unyielding hope.

That's the true genius of America: that America can change. Our union can be perfected. What we've already achieved gives us hope for what we can and must achieve tomorrow.

This election had many firsts and many stories that will be told for generations. But one that's on my mind tonight's about a woman who cast her ballot in Atlanta. She's a lot like the millions of others who stood in line to make their voice heard in this election except for one thing: Ann Nixon Cooper is 106 years old.

这次大选创造了多项“第一”，也诞生了很多将世代流传的故事。但是今天晚上令我难忘的却是在亚特兰大投票的一名妇女：安·尼克松·库波尔(Ann Nixon Cooper)。她和其他数百万排队等待投票的选民没有什么差别，除了一点：她已是106岁的高龄。

My friends, we have -- we have come to the end of a long journey. The American people have spoken, and they have spoken clearly.

A little while ago, I had the honor of calling Sen. Barack Obama to congratulate him.

This is an historic election, and I recognize the special significance it has for African-Americans and for the special pride that must be theirs tonight.

I've always believed that America offers opportunities to all who have the industry and will to seize it. Sen. Obama believes that, too.

But we both recognize that, though we have come a long way from the old injustices that once stained our nation's reputation and denied some Americans the full blessings of American citizenship, the memory

无论在内企，还是在外企，凡是成功人士的身上都有独特的个人能力和人格魅力，这是旁人所缺乏的。他们的成功决不能简单地归结为机遇好。

    1、解决问题时的逆向思维能力

    面对工作中遇到的新问题，一时又找不到解决方法。而且，上司可能也没有什么锦囊妙计时，他们擅长用逆向思维办法去探索解决问题的途径。他们清楚具体业务执行者比上司更容易找出问题的节点，是人为的，还是客观的；是技术问题，还是管理漏洞。采用逆向思维找寻问题的解决方法，会更容易从问题中解脱出来。

    2、考虑问题时的换位思考能力

    在考虑解决问题的方案时，常人通常站在自己职责范围立场上尽快妥善处理。而他们却总会自觉地站在公司或老板的立场去考虑解决问题的方案。

    作为公司或老板，解决问题的出发点首先考虑的是如何避免类似问题的重复出现，而不是头疼医头，脚疼医脚的就事论事方案。面对人的惰性和部门之间的扯皮，只有站在公司的角度去考虑解决方案，才是一个比较彻底的解决方案。能始终站在公司或老板的立场上去酝酿解决问题的方案，逐渐地他们便成为可以信赖的人。

    3、强于他人的总结能力

    他们具备的对问题的分析、归纳、总结能力比常人强。总能找出规律性的东西，并驾驭事物，从而达到事半功倍的效果。人们常说苦干不如巧干。但是如何巧干，不是人人都知道的。否则就不会干同样的事情，常人一天忙到晚都来不及；而他们，却整天很潇洒。

    4、简洁的文书编写能力

    老板通常都没时间阅读冗长的文书。因此，学会编写简洁的文字报告和编制赏心悦目的表格就显得尤为重要。即便是再复杂的问题，他们也能将其浓缩阐述在一页 A4纸上。有必要详细说明的问题，再用附件形式附在报告或表格后面。让老板仅仅浏览一页纸或一张表格便可知道事情的概况。如其对此事感兴趣或认为重要，可以通过阅读附件里的资料来了解详情。

    5、信息资料收集能力

    他们很在意收集各类信息资料，包括各种政策、报告、计划、方案、统计报表、业务流程、管理制度、考核方法等。尤其重视竞争对手的信息。因为任何成熟的业务流程本身就是很多经验和教训的积累，遇到用时，就可以信手拈来。这在任何教科书上是无法找到的，也不是那个老师能够传授的。

    6、解决问题的方案制定能力

    遇到问题，他们不会让领导做“问答题”而是做“选择题”。常人遇到问题，首先是向领导汇报、请示解决办法。带着耳朵听领导告知具体操作步骤。这就叫让领导做“问答题”。而他们常带着自己拟定好的多个解决问题方案供领导选择、定夺，这就是常说的给领导出“选择题”。领导显然更喜欢做的是“选择题”。

    7、目标调整能力

    当个人目标在一个组织里无法实现，且又暂时不能摆脱这一环境时，他们往往会调整短期目标，并且将该目标与公司的发展目标有机地结合起来。这样，大家的观点就容易接近，或取得一致，就会有共同语言，就会干的欢快。反过来，别人也就会乐于接受他们。

    8、超强的自我安慰能力

    遇到失败、挫折和打击，他们常能自我安慰和解脱。还会迅速总结经验教训，而且坚信情况会发生变化。他们信条是：塞翁失马，安知非福，或上帝在为你关上一扇门的同时，一定会为你打开一扇窗。

    9、书面沟通能力

    11、岗位变化的承受能力

    竞争的加剧，经营风险的加大，企业的成败可在一朝一夕之间发生。对他们来讲，岗位的变化，甚至于饭碗的丢失都无所畏惧。因此，他们承受岗位变化的能力也是常人所无法比拟的。在他们看来，这不仅是个人发展的问题，更是一种生存能力的问题。

    12、客观对待忠诚

    从他们身上你会发现对组织的忠诚。他们清楚地意识到忠诚并不仅仅有益于组织和老板，最大的受益者是自己，因为，责任感和对组织的忠诚习惯一旦养成，会使他们成为一个值得信赖的人，可以被委以重任的人。他们更清楚投资忠诚得到的回报率其实是很高的。

    13、积极寻求培训和实践的机会

    他们很看重培训的机会，往往在招聘时就会询问公司是否有提供培训的机会。善于抓住任何培训机会。

国足——我们不得不开骂

世界杯预选赛的比赛对我们来说，可以是结束了，主场的失败让我们彻底出局。不说什么主裁对对手的帮助，也不说郑核心的伤势对比赛的影响，我想我们的足球没有理由再这样浑浊下去！

客场的两场平局曾经让我们庆幸，毕竟是人家的主场嘛！可到了主场，我们依然表现拙劣，国脚们的比赛简直就是一个业余的球队！看看第一场对卡塔尔的点球后的表现，球员们的心理实在是难以恭维，技术不行我们早知道，心理如此的脆弱让我们更加bs这支队伍！可一回头我们还的支持他，毕竟是我们的队伍啊！可第二场的比赛再次实实在在的显出了球员的技术，机会不是没有，裁判也表现很好无可指责，可对人家伊拉克就是没有办法。可是说，输给伊拉克，是我们的真正的实力。

也许，下面的比赛我们可以让国奥队练兵了！

国家足球队的发展让我们必须思考以后的发展，足协、国内联赛，各球员以及许许多多热爱足球的国人，面对我们国家队的如此状况需要要一次彻底的改革了！以前的管理和经验没有什么需要保留的，一切都要重新重建，制度、赛制、国家对队的管理，诸如此等，没有一个很好的氛围不可能有一个很好的成长环境。可以肯定的说，国内喜欢足球的人很多，从经济的角度考虑，足球有很好的发展前途，只不过是我们原来的发展方法有问题！

让暴风雨来的更猛烈些吧！！

这些天心里有些矛盾，为自己的未来，也在怀疑自己的选择。虽然还在坚持自己的决定，但已没有那么坚决的信念。

可是，却又很坚定，既然做了这样的选择，就去努力实现，许多事情在当下看不一定就是绝对的好或坏，认认真真的做事，踏踏实实的做人，美好的明天就在眼前！

当众人都与自己悖道而驰，而我却依然在坚守自己的决定。不能说自己的决定是明智的，但要努力的实现自己的目标！

ps：最近有些事使自己很累，心里累，体力也有些累，背了债。

眼疾的骚扰

周末和几个同学打球，天太热了，一跑就都是汗。汗水顺着脸颊流到眼角，严重妨碍了我的视线，直接导致投球不准。无奈之余，用队服不停的擦汗，不过当时玩的尽兴，倒也没有什么。殊不知，这却成为我红眼病的祸根！

第二天起来，老是感觉眼睛里很多眼屎，并且影响视线，去卫生间洗净了手，轻轻额用手擦右眼，哦，果然有分泌物！！
想着这几天的工作，好像是离不开电脑的，红眼病却又需要很好的眼睛休息！f't，赶紧去药店买药水，回来就点上了，保佑我赶紧好吧！！一个小小的眼病会影响我很多的工作的。

虽说有病，却也不甘心，打开电脑，开启一些耗时的程序，然后静静等待它的结果。眼睛罢工了，可大脑还在正常啊，^_^，那就找个不太用眼的小工作继续吧！！
