/msg NickServ REGISTER username password  email注册一个账号
如果前面用nick改过昵称，那么 /msg NickServ REGISTER  password  email 这样就行了。

进入需要申请创建的频道
/join alantop

如果该频道没有被人注册,则你将会是该频道的op，否则就是已经被人注册了，你就再换个其它的名称吧

然后
/msg ChanServ REGISTER <#channel> <passwd>
来完成频道注册，channel为频道名，passwd为频道密码

比如
/msg ChanServ REGISTER #alantop 1234
注意这里要在频道名前加#，后面所有命令中带<#channel>都是如此

至此频道已经创建成功

(可选)一般频道都通过ChanServ这个机器人管理. 如下命令将ChanServ永久加入你的聊天室
/msg ChanServ SET <频道名> GUARD ON

/window new 多开窗口
/windows close

造成这个原因主要是是由于iptables防火墙不支持
ip_nat_ftp
ip_conntrack_ftp

modprobe ip_nat_ftp
modprobe ip_conntrack_ftp

解决方案很简单，在linux下生成公钥，然后在win下使用puttygen根据linux下的公钥生成私钥即可。 
1. ssh-keygen -t dsa
生成2个文件 id_dsa(puttygen根据这个生成私钥)和id_dsa_pub（把这个改名拷贝到自己目录下.ssh目录下，名字为authorized_keys）

2. cat id_dsa.pub >> .ssh/authorized_keys
3.  将私钥文件id_dsa拷贝到你的windons下，打开puttygen，然后点击load，对话框中的文件类型选择所有，load 这个id_dsa文件后，save private key文件.


4.    putty 中选择auth

种子文件都放到 ～/universe目录下面
 
$screen rtorrent

rtorrent就会自动下载~/universe目录下面的所有bt种子
如果终端关掉了,再次运行终端
 
$screen -r

重新又回到了utorrent界面.用了screen,即使Ctrl+Alt+Backspace也不会停止rtorrent进程的......

rtorrent退出快捷键是Ctrl+q（注意这个和360浏览器快捷键冲突，如果用putty关闭360浏览器快捷键）

ctrl + s 开始下载
ctrl + d 停止下载
再次ctrl + d 删除下载任务

配置服务级别的命令：
sysv-rc-conf

一般的linux有7个级别，ubuntu有8个级别（多了一个S级别）

0代表关机(halt)

1级别是单用户模式(single)

2级别是多用户级别，这个是默认级别

3,4,5未定义，可以提供给用户定义其他多用户级别

6代表重启(restart)

S级别系统内部定义的单用户恢复模式。

可以用init 6代表重启，切换运行级别。
